Pantloon Retail expected to report solid Q1-Numbers

Pantaloon Retail (India) Limited, is expected to report solid Q1- Numbers. For the first two months of Q1(Pantaloon ends its year on June-30th), the sales have gone up by a whopping 66% to 456 crores. For the whole year ending June-2007 the company is likely to cross sales of Rs3,000 crores.

The company is also considering a stock split. Pantaloon closed at Rs1885 on the BSE.
