Gourmet - Other format Super Stores from Foodworld

Foodworld Supermarkets just a while ago launched its 'Gourmet' store in Bangalore. The store is around 2,700 sft in size and stocks organic food, dairy and bakery products from around the world.

Speaking on the ocassion, Foodworld CEO, Norman Yum said,
The target is to have 200 Foodworld stores in the country in different formats such as hypermarkets, supermarkets and express stores by 2009.
Foodworld will open more Gourmet stores in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. Foodworld is also planning to expand in Mumbai and North India.
