I am sure most of you must have thought that Mehruli-Gurgaon stretch in Delhi NCR or Malad-Link Road in Mumbai must be India's HOTTEST Retail destination. Sorry folks you are all wrong. It is the Commissariat Road, Bangalore which is the 5th Avenue of NY. Located near Magarath Road and Residency Road. Their are two malls Central Mall and Garuda Mall in the vicinity.Bangalore's Commissariat Road retailers do sales of $1.1 Million [Rs 4.5 crore] every day. While those in Mehrauli-Gurgaon sell $900,000K [Rs 3.6 crore], those on Malad-Link Road sell mere $750,000 K [Rs 2.9 crore ] every day.
Retailers who have just jumped into the race need not lose their heart. Their is UB City located on Vittal Mallya Road which will be opened for commercial business within the next two quarters. Retailers, its Now or Never in India's Hottest City Bangalore so just Do or Die.
